Stay in Devon is not an agency and makes no inspections of properties advertised. Where certificates of approval or ratings from tourist bodies are claimed, reference to their validity should be addressed to the relevant body.We rely on advertisers to act in good faith, and for visitors to respond reasonably. If there are problems, we wish to hear of them, but do not undertake to arbitrate or seek remedies for either party.

Advertisers requesting a listing will be given all reasonable help in setting out their page to their requirements, based on text and images supplied or retrieved from their own website. When we have your approval, the page will be linked to the listing pages in the normal way at which time an invoice will be sent, usually by email, payable within 14 days. Minor alterations may be made at any time, but it is preferred that the page remain substantially unaltered untill the annual renewal.
