The Grooms Cottage is equipped to the highest standards to provide a three bedroomed home from home with full central heating

SITUATION Located in the peace and quiet of the West Devon countryside, three miles from the ancient market town of Holsworthy, the cottage is only 20 minutes from the West coast of Cornwall and its glorious beaches.

THINGS TO DO The Groom's Cottage is the perfect setting for a quiet holiday in the country with the advantage of being near the coast with many fine sandy beaches and clifftop walks. Dartmoor and Exmoor are also within easy reach.

We have a 16 ft. trampoline, swing and climbing frame - and half an acre of mown grass for other games! Within easy reach there are castles, steam trains, and theme parks, beaches for surfing or just paddling in the pools, golf courses, fishing, cycle trails, sailing - almost literally something for everyone.

ACCOMMODATION
Upstairs there is a bathroom and three bedrooms, two with double beds and a large single room that will also take a cot or childs single bed. Downstairs a fully equipped galley kitchen and a lounge / diner with comfortable furniture, TV, DVD etc, and a wood burner effect stove.
The Grooms Cottage is equipped to the highest standards to provide a three bedroomed home from home with full central heating
A cot, high chair and baby gate are available on request. and towels can be provided at a small extra cost.

PRICES Prices range from £260 in low season to £580 in high season, and are inclusive of heating, electric and linen.
Deposit: 25%, balance: 6 weeks before arrival
