SITUATION The cottage is a converted barn with beamed ceilings that can sleep 2 people plus a cot (not supplied). It is a small cosy comfortable cottage with good access to all areas of Devon and Cornwall but only 30 minutes drive from the beaches at Bude and Widemouth Bay. We are near the village of Halwill on the A3079, 8 miles from Holsworthy (10 mins) and 12 miles from Okehampton, gateway to Dartmoor, (30 mins) . Easy driving distance from Launceston (30 minutes).

THINGS TO DO Set in a picturesque part of Devon, Halwill Junction is ideal for people who like walking in the countryside, coarse fishing, golf, cycling and is a good base for a quiet holiday away from busy town life. Exmoor and Dartmoor are within easy reach.

ACCOMMODATION
The cottage comprises of a lounge /dining / kitchen area with colour TV, hifi, electric cooker, microwave and fridge. The bedroom has a double bed, there is room for a cot (not supplied). The bathroom leads off the bedroom and has a level shower area with WC and sink, suitable a disabled person with limited mobility. There is one small step to enter the property.

PRICES
Bookings start on Saturdays. Prices are based on 2 persons sharing per week and include heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. Prices range from £180 - £330 per week. Short breaks by arrangement are available.
