Former grain barn converted to a high specification and fully equipped. Views to Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. Situated on a smallholding with sheep and a few cattle, situated along a very quiet country lane only one mile outside the village of Bradworthy - 2 grocers, butchers, post office, village inn and doctor's surgery.

SITUATION We are situated 6 miles NW of Holsworthy, (15 min drive); 9 miles NE of Bude in North Cornwall (20 mins drive); approx 25 miles South of Barnstaple (50 mins drive).

THINGS TO DO Close proximity to Tamar Lakes for canoeing. Fishing village of Clovelly and historic Hartland Quay 15 -20 mins drive away. Sandymouth, Bude and Widemouth Bay - all great surfing beaches - within easy driving distance. Access to Coastal Path only 15 mins drive away. Kilkhampton Brooklands adventure playground (for younger children) 10 mins drive. Killarney Springs (most ages) 5 mins drive. The Milky Way (indoor activity centre - most ages) 15 mins drive. Cobbaton Combat Museum - Kilkhampton 15 mins drive. Municipal indoor swimming pool - Holsworthy - 15 mins drive. Indoor pool with slides / wave machine at Bude. Bowling alley at Bude. Cinema at Poundstock, 25 mins drive. The accommodation does not have leisure facilities, but visitors are welcome to picnic in the fields.
