Manworthy Mill is a very nicely furnished semi-detached farmhouse. Set in the countryside this character stone farmhouse is positioned at the end of a private farm lane. Manworthy is a working dairy farm with cows and calves and holiday makers are welcome to stroll in the fields. It is available all year to rent for self-catering holidays.

SITUATION We are situated in a very peaceful corner of North West Devon, amidst glorious unspoiled countryside, but very close to Holsworthy, a thriving market town. Launceston, gateway to Cornwall is only 12 miles away, while Bude and other beaches for swimming and surfing, are only a 20 minute drive.

THINGS TO DO The area has numerous places to visit, including Dartmoor, historic towns, National Trust properties, arts and crafts galleries. Nearby you can play golf, go walking, riding, fishing, sailing, canoeing or windsurfing. Many people simply enjoy unwinding on the nearby beaches or at Manworthy itself which has a conservatory and a private one acre play area for children .

ACCOMMODATION Very nicely furnished Manworthy is an ideal holiday destination for those seeking a relaxing country break. It sleeps up to 4 plus a baby. There are two bedrooms: 1 double with duvet and 1 twin with duvets. The bathroom is fully tiled with a separate bath and shower unit. The living area is open plan with a newly fitted modern kitchen containing an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave oven. The lounge has a TV and video recorder and an open fireplace with electric heating. Logs and coal are available at a minimal extra charge.

One dog is permitted, but it may not to be left in the property unattended.

Smoking is restricted to the conservatory

Deposit 50%, balance 4 weeks
We will reserve your weeks for 4 days whilst awaiting 50% of the holiday cost. You will be sent a receipt for the deposit and we will then send you directions to Manworthy Mill.
