Elm Park Farm is an attractive farmhouse with beautiful views of the countryside where everyone is made most welcome. Our aim is to provide a restful and relaxing stay on our 250 acre mixed farm of dairy, beef and sheep. Guests are welcome to wander over the farm and help feed the animals. There is a games room with table-tennis, darts etc. and golf putting on the terrace lawn.

Children are especially welcomed with cot, highchair and baby-sitting available.

SITUATION We are one hour's drive from The Eden Project and ideally situated on the Devon / Cornwall borders only 10 minutes drive from the sandy surfing beaches at Bude and half a mile from the village with its pub and post office.

THINGS TO DO The area has numerous places to visit, including historic towns, National Trust properties, gardens, arts and crafts galleries. Golf, fishing and a weekly livestock market are four miles away at Holsworthy. Clovelly and Tintagel are within half an hours drive. There are swimming pools at Bude and Holsworthy and numerous sandy beaches and coves.

ACCOMMODATION We have three large, tastefully furnished family rooms sleeping up to four. Two are ensuite with shower, WC and wash basin and the other has a separate, private bathroom. All rooms have remote control colour TV. and beverage facilities. The house has night storage heaters with log fires in the dining room and lounge. There are separate tables in the dining room and the lounge is furnished with antique furniture and a colour TV. A fire certificate is held.

FOOD We are renowned for ample, good home cooking and a full English breakfast is provided. Evening meals are served and consist of starter, mainly roast dishes with delicious home made desserts and cheese and biscuits.

PRICE per person per night for bed and breakfast is from £24. Bed and breakfast and evening meal from £34. Children are half-price.
